Class inquiries

When you use our inquiry form, you provide a parent or guardian name, email address, program interest and any information you choose to include in your message. We use this information to respond to your questions, discuss program fit and availability, and manage related correspondence. Sending an inquiry does not enroll a student or process a payment.

The form is intended for parents and guardians. Please do not submit medical information, payment details or other sensitive personal information. A student’s age and general art interests are enough to start a conversation.

Services that support the website

The site uses WordPress, HostGator hosting and WPForms for inquiry submissions. Inquiry notifications are sent to the studio’s Gmail inbox. Hosting, email, security and spam-prevention services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and request logs to operate the website and protect it from misuse.

WordPress and installed services may use cookies or similar technology for site functionality, administrator sign-in, security and usage measurement. Keeping and managing information

Inquiry correspondence is kept to respond to families and manage studio communications. Contact us if you would like us to correct or delete information you have submitted. Some records may need to be retained for administrative, legal or security reasons, and copies may remain in service-provider backups according to their retention practices.

Children’s information

Parents or guardians should handle class inquiries and enrollment communications. If a child has submitted personal information without a parent’s involvement, please contact the studio so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
